The example pages in the Zen Cart More Information sidebox are Define Pages.  This means that you can add/delete/modify the contents of the page through the Define Pages Editor in Zen Cart Admin.

As an example here, we will modify Page 2:

1. Log in to your Zen Cart store Admin.
2. From the Tools menu, select Define Pages Editor.
   
3. With the Text Editor set to HTMLarea, select define_page_2.php from the drop down menu (Define Pages Editor for: English).
   
4. The contents of Page 2 are displayed within the Rich Text Editor.  Delete the example contents and enter your required text and format.
   
5. Click Save when you are ready.
   
6. Check your page by clicking on the link in the More Information sidebox.
