Today I’m going to step through the components that make up the Zen Cart Footer and their relevant settings in Zen Cart Admin.
Banner Position 4
While not actually called by the includes/templates/common/footer.php file, the Banner Position 4 is also known as Footer Position 1. See Zen Cart Banner Locations for an outline of the nine different banner locations. In the main footer screenshot above, Banner Position 4/Footer Position 1 is:

Zen Cart Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Banner Display Groups – Footer Position 1
The Banner Display Groups can be from 1 Banner Group or Multiple Banner Groups
For Multiple Banner Groups enter the Banner Group Name separated by a colon :
Example: Wide-Banners:SideBox-Banners
What Banner Group(s) do you want to use in the Footer Position 1?
Leave blank for none
EZ Pages Footer Menu
The EZ Pages can be linked from the EZ Pages Header Menu, EZ Pages Sidebox Menu, EZ Pages Footer Menu and the EZ Pages Table of Contents. In the main footer screenshot above, the EZ Pages Footer Menu looks like this:

Zen Cart Admin > Tools > EZ Pages
Select the EZ Pages that you would like to appear in the EZ Pages Footer Menu and set the preferred sort order.
IP Address Display
The footer can display the IP address of your store’s visitors. In the main footer screenshot above, the IP Footer Display looks like this:

Zen Cart Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Footer – Show IP Address status
Show Customer IP Address in the Footer

1= on

Banner Position 5
Banner Position 5 is also known as Footer Position 2. See Zen Cart Banner Locations for an outline of the nine different banner locations. In the main footer screenshot above, Banner Position 5/Footer Position 2 is:

Zen Cart Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Banner Display Groups – Footer Position 2
The Banner Display Groups can be from 1 Banner Group or Multiple Banner Groups

Site Copyright Display
The Site Copyright Display is made up of Copyright © <current year> <store name>. Powered by Zen Cart. In the main footer screenshot above, the Site Copyright Display looks like this:

The <current year> and the <store name> and link are updated automatically in Zen Cart. It is considered common courtesy to leave “Powered by Zen Cart" intact as it assists in advertising the Zen Cart project that is allowing you to create your new store and hopefully make money from it.
If you want your shop listed in the zen-cart.com Zen Showcase, you must leave "Powered by Zen Cart" in the footer for Identification.
Parse Time Display
The Parse Time Display is made up of Parse Time – Number of Queries – Query Time. The Parse Time Display can be useful when troubleshooting comments that your store pages are slow to load, however it is generally set not to display for general store operation. In the main footer screenshot above, the Parse Time Display looks like this:

Zen Cart Admin > Configuration > Logging > Display The Page Parse Time
Display the page parse time on the bottom of each page
Select On or Off
