Zen Cart provides the following features:
- Confirm Privacy Notice During Account Creation Procedure
With this feature, a section is added to the Login page for the customer to acknowledge and agree to your store’s privacy statement. The checkbox must be ticked before the account creation process can be completed.

? I have read and agreed to your privacy statement. - Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure
This feature is similar to above with the difference that the customer must acknowledge and agree to your terms and conditions statement as part of the checkout procedure. The checkbox must be ticked before the checkout procedure can be completed.
