About the Author

Kerrin Hardy has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, including several years in Education.  She is passionate about the opportunities IT can provide everyone, from young people in schools through to the home entrepreneur.

In all of Kerrin’s projects, she aims to make technology accessible to everyone.  A plain-speaking, no-jargon policy comes through in all her software guides and user training materials.

As she moved in to her second Zen Cart project, Kerrin developed a reference guide to help streamline the scoping of client’s customisation requirements.  She is now pleased to make the Zen Cart Reference Book available and hopes you will find it a valuable tool in your Zen Cart journey.
