Thanks for your question.  The Bestsellers sidebox is automatically generated by Zen Cart according to your sales.  There is more information on the Bestsellers Sidebox page.

So, there are a couple of options if you want to change the products that are displayed. 

One option would be to generate some fake ‘orders’ to manipulate the products shown in the Bestsellers sidebox.  This may work initially however, as other orders come in, the Bestsellers sidebox will be automatically updated and therefore you would need to continue to make manual adjustments.

Another option would be to create your own sidebox and populate this with the products you wish to highlight and then rename the sidebox to be ‘Bestsellers’ or ‘Popular Items’.
