Hi Kerrin! I love your template, and it is up and it seems to be running fine with the exception that the large green header bar at the top is missing...I just have the thin green line. Plus all of the words on said bar aren't there either.

I must admit I'm brand new to ZenCart, so it is probably me, but do you have any ideas? Thank you!!

I’m glad you like the Simply Kerrin Zen Cart template.  Here’s a small screenshot to show the large green bar in the header:

The green bar is the background colour of the EZ Pages Header Menu – Zen Cart Admin > Tools > EZ Pages. 

Do you have any EZ pages enabled for the header menu?  If not, try turning on a couple of pages to confirm that the header menu displays correctly.

If you do have items already enabled for the header menu, next stop would be to check your stylesheet.css file.  You are looking for the navEZPagesTop element.
